COMFYZ Return Policy Overview
We hope you are satisfied with COMFYZ products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and shipping for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping fee for mailing returns.
- All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, and donations are non-refundable.
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the promotion page cannot be returned.
- International customers purchasing from the U.S. online store are responsible for all return shipping fees.
How to Return
Contact us by sending an email to info@comfyz.com or via our online customer service, and provide your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Select the items you want to return, print the return label, place the packing slip inside, and affix the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company, or have the carrier pick up your return directly from your home.
- You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
Note on Refunds: For credit card refunds, please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your account.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at info@comfyz.com and we will make sure to send you a new order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
